  • Passport information: Passport number, issue date, expiry date, country of issue.

  • Travel information: Intended travel dates, flight booking details, hotel reservation details.
  • Payment information: Payment method and transaction reference (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Usage information: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, timestamps — collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:

  • To process and submit your Saudi Arabia visa application to the relevant authorities.
  • To communicate with you about your application status, required documents, and approval.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To send you important service notices (not marketing) related to your application.
  • To improve our services and website experience through anonymised analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Data Storage and Security

All data transmitted through our platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Documents you upload (passport copies, photographs, booking documents) are stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Access to your files is restricted to authorised personnel involved in processing your visa application.

Your documents are retained for the duration of your application and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of queries or disputes. Documents are deleted from our systems after this retention period. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us (see “Your Rights” below).

Third-Party Disclosure

We share your information only where necessary:

  • Saudi Arabian visa authorities: Your application details and supporting documents are submitted to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or the relevant consulate as required to process your visa.
  • Payment processors: Payment transactions are handled by third-party payment gateways (Razorpay or similar). We do not store your full card details.
  • Analytics providers: Anonymised usage data may be shared with analytics tools to improve our service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
