Most Asked Questions
How much does Umrah visa processing cost from India?
Standard processing costs ₹2,999 (3–5 business days). Express processing costs ₹4,999 (24–48 hours). Both fees are all-inclusive with no hidden charges.
What documents do I need for Umrah visa?
Core documents: valid Indian passport (6+ months validity), passport photograph with white background, confirmed airline ticket, hotel booking in Makkah, and a Meningococcal ACWY vaccination certificate. Women require additional relationship documents; children require a birth certificate.
How long does Umrah visa processing take?
Standard processing takes 3–5 business days after documents are verified. Express processing takes 24–48 hours. These timelines start after our team completes document verification, not from when you submit the form.
Can women perform Umrah without a mahram?
Women over 45 can perform Umrah without a mahram if they travel in a licensed organised group and carry a No Objection Certificate from their mahram. Women under 45 must travel with a mahram.
What is the minimum passport validity required?
Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity remaining from your planned departure date from India.
Is there a government fee for Umrah visa?
Saudi Arabia currently does not charge a government fee for Umrah visas. The fees you pay cover the agent's service, document review, and submission.
Why was my Umrah visa rejected?
Common reasons: wrong photo background (must be white), passport validity under 6 months, name mismatch between documents, missing mahram documents for women, invalid vaccination certificate, or previous Saudi immigration violations.
Can children perform Umrah?
Yes. Children of any age can perform Umrah with a parent or guardian. Each child needs their own passport, photograph, and visa. A birth certificate is required.
What vaccines are required for Umrah?
The Meningococcal ACWY (quadrivalent) vaccine is mandatory. The certificate must show your name, vaccine type, date, and batch number. Polio vaccination may also be required depending on current Saudi health ministry requirements — check the latest advisories.
How do I use the Nusuk app for Umrah?
Create a Nusuk account before travelling (using your passport details). After arriving in Saudi Arabia, use the Nusuk app to book your Umrah permit and Rawdah visit. Permits cannot be booked from India — only after arrival.
