Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nusuk Umrah website and visa processing services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “the applicant”) and Nusuk Umrah (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Services Provided
Nusuk Umrah provides visa application assistance and processing services for Saudi Arabia visas, including Umrah visas, tourist visas, and transit visas, for Indian passport holders. Our services include:
- Document collection and review
- Application form preparation
- Submission of applications to Saudi authorities on your behalf
- Application status tracking and updates
- Delivery of approved e-visas to your email
We are a visa assistance service, not an official government body. The final decision on visa approval rests with the Saudi Arabian visa authorities. We do not guarantee visa approval.
Your Responsibilities
By using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application.
- Submit genuine documents — any form of document fraud will result in immediate termination of your application without refund, and may be reported to authorities.
- Ensure your passport meets Saudi Arabia's validity requirements (minimum 6 months beyond travel date).
- Apply with sufficient lead time before your travel date (we recommend at least 2 weeks for standard processing).
- Notify us immediately if any information in your application changes after submission.
- Review your approved visa carefully and report any errors to us before travel.
Fees and Payment
Our fees are clearly displayed before you submit your application. By completing payment, you agree to the fees applicable to your chosen processing option.
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of Saudi government charges and our service fee.
- Payment is due at the time of application submission.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.
- A payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
Refund Policy
Please review our Refund Policy for full details on refund eligibility and the process for requesting a refund. In summary:
- Saudi government visa fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
- Our service fee may be refunded in specific circumstances — see the Refund Policy for details.
- No refund is available after an approved visa has been issued.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Nusuk Umrah shall not be liable for visa rejections by Saudi authorities, provided we have acted correctly in preparing and submitting your application.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Saudi government processing times, technical outages on government portals, or force majeure events.
- We are not liable for any travel-related losses (flight cancellations, hotel fees, etc.) arising from visa delays or rejections.
- Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the service fee paid by you for the relevant application.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
