Refund Policy

Our Refund Commitment

At Nusuk Umrah, we take pride in our 98.7% visa approval rate. We review every application before submission to minimise errors and rejections. This policy explains clearly when refunds apply and when they do not — so you can make an informed decision before applying.

Refund Eligibility

Full Service Fee Refund

You are entitled to a full refund of the Nusuk Umrah service fee in the following circumstances:

  • Your visa application is rejected due to an error made by Nusuk Umrah in preparing or submitting your application (e.g., wrong data entered, incorrect document submitted on our end).
  • We are unable to submit your application within a reasonable timeframe due to issues on our side.
  • You cancel your application before we begin processing — typically within 2 hours of submission during business hours.

Please note: Saudi government visa processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including this category. Only our service fee is refunded.

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be considered at our discretion in the following cases:

  • You cancel your application after processing has begun but before submission to Saudi authorities.
  • There is a significant delay in processing caused by Nusuk Umrah (not Saudi authorities) that materially affects your travel plans.

The refund amount in these cases will reflect the stage of processing completed and costs already incurred.

No Refund

No refund (full or partial) is available in the following circumstances:

  • Your visa is rejected by Saudi authorities for reasons outside our control — including but not limited to: incorrect information provided by you, document quality issues not flagged by you, national security flags, or changes to Saudi visa policy.
  • Your visa has been successfully issued and delivered to your email.
  • You provide false or fraudulent documents or information.
  • You cancel your application after it has been submitted to Saudi authorities.
  • Processing delays caused by Saudi government authorities, public holidays, or force majeure events.
  • You fail to travel within your visa's validity period.

Saudi government visa fees are always non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your application outcome:

  • Email: refunds@nusukumrah.com — include your application reference number and reason for the refund request.
  • WhatsApp: Send a message via the WhatsApp button on our website with your application reference number.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve all refund requests within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
