Group Applications
How group Umrah visa applications work and what to expect
Can a group apply for Umrah visa together?
Yes. Groups can apply together and we process all applications simultaneously. Each member still requires their own individual documents and visa. The application is submitted as a group, which can streamline the process.
Is there a minimum group size for group applications?
There is no strict minimum for using our group application service. We handle everything from couples and small families to mosque groups of 50+. For very large groups, contact us in advance so we can plan the processing schedule.
Are there group discounts available?
Yes. We offer group discounts for applications of 3 or more people. Contact us via WhatsApp for current group pricing — discounts vary based on group size and processing type.
How do we coordinate a group application?
One person (the group organiser) coordinates with our team. All group members' documents are submitted together. We assign a dedicated support contact for group applications and send status updates to the organiser. Final e-visas are sent individually to each applicant's email.
What if some group members have their visas approved and others do not?
Visa approvals are individual decisions by Saudi authorities. If some members are approved and others are pending or rejected, each case is handled separately. We will work to resolve pending or rejected cases and keep the group organiser informed throughout.
Can a group share hotel rooms to reduce costs?
Yes. Groups often share rooms to reduce accommodation costs. Hotel bookings for the visa application should show each person's name on the booking. Some hotels offer group booking discounts — contact them directly or let your travel agent arrange this. Ensure each person's name appears on the booking confirmation used for visa purposes.
How far in advance should a group apply for Umrah visa?
Groups should apply at least 3–4 weeks in advance of the travel date. Larger groups (20+ people) should apply 4–6 weeks in advance. Coordinating documents for a group takes time, and any document issues with individual members can delay the whole group if they are submitted together.
Does a mosque group need a licensed tour operator?
Mosque groups and community groups are welcome to apply through Nusuk Umrah. You do not need a separate licensed tour operator for the visa application — we handle the visa processing. For the full Umrah package (flights, hotels, transfers), you may wish to engage a licensed Umrah tour operator.
What is the maximum group size you can handle?
We have no maximum group size. We have processed applications for groups ranging from 2 to 200+ pilgrims. For very large groups, we assign a dedicated account manager and create a customised processing timeline. Contact us in advance for groups of 50 or more so we can plan accordingly.
What happens if a group member cannot travel due to illness after the visa is issued?
If a group member cannot travel after their visa is issued, their visa is forfeited — it cannot be transferred to another person. For the remaining group members, their visas are unaffected. Contact us and the airline as early as possible. Depending on your insurance and airline's fare rules, you may be able to recover some costs.
