Application Process

Fill in the online application form at nusukumrah.com/apply, upload your documents, and pay the service fee. Our team reviews your documents for errors, then submits the application to Saudi authorities. You receive your e-visa by email once approved. The entire process is online — no office visit required.

Indian pilgrims can apply directly through the Saudi government's Nusuk.sa platform. However, many prefer using a licensed agent like Nusuk Umrah because we review your documents for errors before submission — significantly reducing the risk of rejection. Our fee is ₹2,999 (standard) or ₹4,999 (express).

After submission, our team reviews your documents (typically within a few hours). If everything is in order, we submit your application to Saudi authorities. You will receive status updates by email or WhatsApp. Once the visa is approved, we send your e-visa document to your email. The whole process takes 3–5 business days (standard) or 24–48 hours (express).

Contact us via WhatsApp with your application reference number and we will check the status for you. If you applied directly through Nusuk.sa, log in to your Nusuk account and check the "My Applications" section.

Apply at least 10–15 days before your planned travel date for standard processing. During peak seasons (Ramadan, school holidays), apply 3–4 weeks in advance as processing times can be longer. For express processing, apply at least 3 days before travel to account for any document issues.

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you notice an error after submission. If the application has not yet been submitted to Saudi authorities, we may be able to correct it. If it has already been submitted with an error, a new application may be needed. This is why our document review step — before submission — is so valuable.

If your visa has not yet been issued, contact us and we can update your travel dates in the application. Once the visa is issued, the dates are fixed to the visa validity period — you cannot change them. If your travel dates change significantly, a new application may be required.

Yes. Families can apply together. Each family member requires their own application and documents, but we can process them simultaneously and typically submit them together. Contact us to arrange a group or family application.

Everything is done online. You submit your application form, upload documents, and pay the fee through our website. There is no need to visit any office, embassy, or VFS centre. Your e-visa is delivered by email.

Yes. We send WhatsApp and email updates at each key stage: when your documents are received, when they are verified, when the application is submitted to Saudi authorities, and when the visa is approved. You are never left wondering about the status of your application.
