Visa Fees

Standard processing (3–5 business days) costs ₹2,999. Express processing (24–48 hours) costs ₹4,999. These are all-inclusive fees — there are no hidden charges, no additional government fees, and no surprise costs.

The Saudi government currently does not charge a direct visa fee for Umrah visas. The fees you pay to Nusuk Umrah cover our service, document review, submission, and support. All costs are included in our transparent pricing.

Our fee covers: online application processing, document review by our team, submission to Saudi authorities, status tracking and updates, WhatsApp support throughout, and e-visa delivery to your email. There are no additional charges.

No. Nusuk Umrah has a no hidden fees policy. The price you see is the price you pay. Standard processing is ₹2,999 and express is ₹4,999, all-inclusive.

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and net banking. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

Yes. If your visa is rejected by Saudi authorities despite all documents being correct, we issue a full refund. If the rejection is due to incorrect documents you provided (e.g., wrong photo, expired vaccination), the refund policy depends on the stage of processing. Yes, if your application has not yet been submitted to Saudi authorities. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your application reference and we will calculate the upgrade cost (difference between the two fees).

Yes. All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your card details. You will receive a payment confirmation receipt by email immediately after payment.

No. The full service fee is payable upfront before we begin processing your application. Some credit cards offer EMI options at their end — check with your card provider. Our fee itself is charged as a single payment.

Yes. The service fee is per application, not per age group. Each family member — adult or child — is a separate application and is charged the same service fee. There is no child discount on the processing fee.
